Frank Vande Veire

Frank Vande Veire is a philospher, essayist and art critic. He is a regular guest lecturer at various universities and art institutions in Belgium and the Netherlands and writes articles for exhibition catalogues and art magazines such as De Witte Raaf. In 1998 he won the Flemish Prize for Art Criticism for his collected essays. His recently published work includes 'De geplooide voorstelling. Essays over kunst' (1997), 'Als in een donkere Spiegel. De kunst in de moderne filosofie' (2002) and 'Neem en eet, dit is je lichaam. Over genot en intimidatie' (2005).
