Marc Goethals

Marc Goethals (B, born 1956) is an artist and collector of art books, especially from the period 1960-1980. His collection has already been the subject of exhibitions on several occasions, including one at the Jan van Eyck Academie in Maastricht, where he was also a guest lecturer. He recently held solo exhibitions at the Museum Dhondt Dhaenens, Deurle (2006), Het kabinet, Ghent (2005, 2003) and the Accademia Belgica, Rome (2000). He has published fifteen books including 'Concrete Poëzie, Fluxus en Conceptuele Kunst: een Boekenfrictie' (2006, Jan van Eyck Academie, Maastricht), 'Cover Black Dance' (2005, Het Kabinet, Ghent), 'Een Woning voor Diogenes' (2003, Het Kabinet, Ghent) and 'Bifokalen' (1998, MuHKA, Antwerp).
