The Spasm anarchist noise-combo comprises the actor and performer Diederik Peeters, Dieter Roelstraete, who is curator of the MuHKA, editor-in-chief of Andere Cinema and a DJ, and the artist Pieter Vermeersch. Their bizarre performances have become legendary. Hidden from the audience view, they play so hard and intensely that their fingers bleed. Powerful stuff!
