De Belgische Kamerfilharmonie . Ben Haemhouts

This concert is a baptism of fire for a new chamber orchestra that owes its existence to an initiative by Ben Haemhouts. The Belgische Kamerfilharmonie combines classical music with coaching and commissioning works from young composers. In this instance they have worked on a new creation with the composer Steven Prengels, with Wim Henderickx as coach. This is accompanied by two bastions of the symphonic repertoire, Beethoven's First and Schubert's Second.
