Workshop George De Decker

This two-day workshop is part of the 'Film & live music' concert series. The film, television and theatre composer George De Decker will make a sound recording for a short film together with the course members. The basic concept is 'How can you make something from nothing?' Participants must be 16 years or older and some knowledge of sound design is certainly very welcome. Depending on the number of participants, we shall form a group of 'experts' and one of 'beginners'. Participants should bring along a holdall containing material they would like to use for the production of 'sound'. This may be a music instrument, but anything that makes a noise is welcome!
