1h 30' Daniel Linehan, creative associate at deSingel, is known for his original, playful and humorous dance performances. For his creations, he always starts out from the point of view of a curious amateur in search of unusual combinations and interactions between dance, voice, word, music, image and rhythm. It will therefore come as no surprise that children enjoy immersing themselves in his world.
Especially for deSingel’s young audience, Daniel Linehan is now creating an adventure trail. The children are taken on a trail through the arts campus. On their journey, they stop at three places. Each time, after a playful, physical introduction by the students of the Dance Conservatory, they discover a short performance by Daniel Linehan and the dancers of his company Hiatus.
Not only do the children experience and see dance, they also get a glimpse behind the scenes of a lively arts campus and discover deSingel’s exceptional architecture.
