Mustafa Kaplan & Filiz Sizanli & Taldans Company

Mustafa Kaplan and Filiz Sizanli are the artistic leaders of the Taldans Company. They create performances that lie between dance and movement. For 'Dokuman', whose European premiere took place during 0090, they took inspiration from a visit to a textile factory in the Austrian city of Linz. They converted their reflections on industrial production systems into sound and movement. They then concentrate on how this resonates in textiles, texture and text.
