1h 20' ‘Untitled #0’ is the title track from the new double album from the inimitable big band Flat Earth Society, which was presented in a number of concert halls in autumn 2018. Once again, every track sounds typically atypical – indeed every type of weather found on the FES planet gets a customised soundtrack. The music was written by FES’s two Peters and recorded by Raf De Clercq at the VRT Toots Studio in 2017. For the mixing and mastering this time FES collaborated with Oz Fritz, known for his work with Tom Waits, Bill Laswell, John Zorn, Herbie Hancock, Ornette Coleman, Iggy Pop, Bob Marley and many others. All under the motto ‘live is better’: so come and listen to a group of musicians who never manage to give anything less than a hundred per cent!
