Frank Vandenbroucke & Lod & B'Rock

The start of the New Year is the time for good resolutions. B'Rock and LOD music theatre are therefore working on the second of their 'Lecture Songs'. In this hybrid concert series they bring music and speech together to form a rhetorical whole. In their music they are venturing into the realm of the tragic Orpheus. With his sublime music he was able to move the Greek gods, but in spite of this was not able to bring his beloved back from the dead. This tragic story is the basis for a reflective New Year speech by the politician Frank Vandenbroucke: about what is and what may still come. A promising concert with a touch of philosophy.
