Hagen Quartett

For more than forty years, the brothers Lucas and Clemens and their sister Veronika Hagen have been playing together. What started as a youthful family quartet with another sister -Angelika - in the ranks has become one of the most popular string quartets in the world. Also with Rainer Schmidt - the second violinist since 1987 - the four strings form a single entity, exactly as a string quartet should be. The Hagen Quartet plays the classics of the string quartet repertoire as one body. After a long absence, they return to DE SINGEL with two string quartets by Joseph Haydn.
