With clear compositions and spot-on improvisations, they arrive at a unique sound that combines influences from jazz, electronic music, film music and pop songs. Following on from the albums ‘Pracht’ and ‘Beestentijd’, hoera. presents their new album ‘Emimo’. The Lithuanian choir Jauna Muzika forms the basis for this project. hoera. takes pre-recorded material from this chamber choir and weaves in new structures and sounds. Discover the limits of a 24-strong choir in an unusual set-up. A hybrid mix of improvisation and electronica, a soft breeze of understated splendour.
