MiXMONK creates robust and engaging music that unfolds in kinetic explosions of sound. Solid, unadorned musical structures lead to improvisations with a sharp ear for subtle interaction, in which everyone plays in their own sense of time. The trio enthusiastically explores Monk’s oeuvre in their unique way in a MiX with their own compositions.
