Post uit Hessdalen & Zwerm

‘Echo’ is the first joint project by the young video and theatre company Post uit Hessdalen and the guitar quartet Zwerm. Together, they seek out the resonances, associations and memories that lie hidden in the mythological love story of Echo and Narcissus. They reunite the two lovers onstage in a way that relates to their own preferences in sound and image. How does the myth sound today? Does Narcissus no longer look into a pool of water, but into the ‘black mirror’ of his smartphone, and do the echoes sound virtual? The audience is immersed in an intriguing collection of earthly echoes in a musical and visual journey with live electronic music, soundscape and an exceptional video-setting.
