Do you still remember them - the music boxes with dancing puppets from your grandmother's time? '4 Faces / 4 Boxes' alludes to them in a performance-concert that is more than just music or dance. Tribe is rock, noise, electro and acoustic, or simply cross-over music. The ensemble comprises an international collective of young artists from diverse disciplines. Young people and experienced artists eager to join together in performance. The catalyst is the director Bjorn Geldhof. He pulls music, dance and image together into one story, one performance. Rein Vanvinckenroye is the musical director and together with Simon Williams he arranges the different compositions to create a musical fairytale that is performed by Esrah. '4 Faces / 4 Boxes' has several faces, but only one story. It depicts a man and a woman who are torn apart by an unavoidable dilemma. A musical narrative about extreme choices and loss in a digital reality.
