Literary jack of all trades and film buff Arnon Grunberg presents his new collection of essays, 'Buster Keaton Never Laughs'. It is about films with themes such as capitalism, love, war and fame. Apart from this, he will curate a mini film festival in CinemaZuid that opens on the same evening with the classic 'Sunset Boulevard' (USA, 1950, Billy Wilder). Grunberg also talks to Stefan Hertmans on the theme of 'the solitude of men'. In his latest essay collection, 'The Mobilisation of Arcadia', Hertmans analyses our over-excited approach to regarding sexuality, identity, art, literature and social commitment.
