Andcompany&Co.

The German performance collective andcompany&Co has a great love of history. Their work is always preceded by thorough historical research, which is then mixed with literary, visual and musical references. The resulting collage performances may be completely crazy, but they are never noncommittal. andcompany&Co puts the past on stage, because they dream of generating a new future. In 2011 you could already see them at work in deSingel in 'Pandämonium Germanicum', a work about Jakob Lenz. Now they are set to return with 'Black Bismarck', which deSingel is proud to be co-producing.
