With an adaptation of ‘Bagaar’, a film by Bertrand Tavernier from 1981, director Guy Cassiers continues his theatrical quest for the darkest depths of the human soul. For this production, director Guy Cassiers enters into an alliance with the theatre collective LAZARUS. It immediately becomes a confrontation between scenographic precision and wanton frivolity, between literary seriousness and apparent light-footedness.
