Four years of theatre energy brought together in a six-hour marathon: Jan Lauwers and Needcompany will present the whole of their 'Sad Face/ Happy Face trilogy within the space of just one afternoon. It all began in 2004 with the applauded and frequently awarded 'De kamer van Isabella' followed by 'De Lobstershop' in 2006 and 'Het Hertenhuis' last season. Three perceptions of time are involved namely past, present and future. This marathon will prove to be a very exciting, sometimes amusing and sometimes tragic journey through the history of man and humanity. This is a unique opportunity to see Needcompany pur sang at work: sublime team work with plenty of song, movement and sharp dialogue, and all dished up with a political and philosophical sauce!
