Kunstbende Finale Editie 9

On Saturday 10th May, deSingel will once again become a seventh heaven for young art fanatics: over 250 Kunstbende finalists will enter into the arena. They will be battling it out in nine different Kunstbende categories: photography, music, text on stage, dance, performance, video, text, games 'n sites and design. Prior to this event, more than three thousand youngsters between the ages of thirteen and nineteen will have taken part in twelve provincial heats of this illustrious art competition. Authenticity, originality and enthusiasm are Kuntsbende's trump cards. Impressive professionalism can also be found amongst the participants. No style is excluded, everything is allowed and everything is possible: (S)he who dares, wins! Kunstbende treats the winners to some excellent development opportunities, artistic workshops, international meetings and appearances. Discover today your favourite artists of tomorrow. The success of Kunstbende continues to grow thanks to collaboration with cultural centres, arts centres, provincial youth services and all kinds of youth work throughout Flanders and Brussels.
