Daniel Linehan
Zombie Aporia
At the last BOUGE B Daniel Linehan made a great impression with his solo piece 'Not about everything', a real feat of strength in which he combined the use of his voice and his body in a way no one else can match. For this production Linehan took his inspiration from the rock concert genre. The structure of 'Zombie Aporia' is like a set list. Just as a concert consists of individual songs, this performance consists of several short pieces which together make up a single whole. In addition, Linehan also makes use of the typically fanatical behaviour of the audience at rock concerts. Extreme emotions, physical excitement and hysteria are the building blocks of this choreographic work for three dancers. Linehan is from Brooklyn (NY) and last year graduated from P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels.
