The writer and theatre maker Nino Haratischvili - chiefly known for her bestseller The Eighth Life (for Brilka) - presents her own version of the supra in the context of europalia georgia. This is an age-old Georgian feast, with the host or tamada as a master of ceremonies in charge of the evening. Traditionally, many toasts were made, speeches given and stories shared, but only by male attendees. In Haratischwili's supra it is no longer the men who speak. Female musicians, singers and actresses deliver an evening that will stay with you for a long time to come. The text of SUPRA - A FEAST contains fragments of Haratischvili's novels and plays.
