Quatuor Van Kuijk won the prize for Best Beethoven Interpretation in 2015!
Between Beethoven’s Opus 18 and Opus 135 there is a vast chasm, filled with Beethoven’s artistic development and life experience. As a result this programme has huge expressive scope, but the passionate French musicians of Quatuor Van Kuijk are very much up to the task. After winning the prize for Best Beethoven Interpretation during the International String Quartet Competition in Wigmore Hall in 2015 they have toured the world many times with an extensive repertoire of classics and contemporary works.
