Left and Right is a collaboration between composer and performer Molly Joyce, choreographer and dancer Jerron Herman, writer Max Greyson and director Austin Regan.
The work explores historical myths about the traditional views of the body: the left side is often regarded as the dark, cursed side, while the right side tends to be seen as healing and wholesome. The film unites and confronts various universal, contemporary and personal perspectives on dualism and asymmetry. The result is a work in which dance, music and poetry come together as synergetic disciplines.
