Andcompany & co is an artists' network set up by Nicola Nord (a trained singer, theatre academic, and student at DasArts), Alexander Karschnia (theorist and writer for and about theatre) and Sascha Sulimma (sound artist and DJ). They met in Frankfurt and now live together in Amsterdam. They work with other artists on a regular basis both in the theatre and on the street, as well as in clubs and bars.
In dedonderdagen they are doing what they themselves call 'Barbespielung': 'playing to the bar'. Set up in the performers' bar they treat us to music throughout the whole evening. They interrupt their soundscape twice to request your attention for a short reading by Bini Adamczak and for a club concert to close the evening.
