Following 'Anytime (How to make your own clouds?)', a performance in which she makes clouds in her kitchen and 'How to make your own Dead Sea', a performance in which she fills a bath with water and 23 kg salt before actually floating in it, Gosie Vervloessem set out in search of true drama. She tried to transform a mountain into a volcano. The result was to be seen in the hilariously funny and interactive performance entitled 'The Volcano Project'. Following a stormy visit to Stromboli, she has now again turned to the deceptive calm of the Dead Sea. However, this time it is in the form of a video installation and handy instructions on how to create your own Dead Sea.
