Wolff is the artistic name of Thomas Ryckewaert and Daphné Verhelst, both of whom are from West Flanders and met one another at the Conservatory in Antwerp. They complement each other in their predilection for the subterranean and the absurd, under the name of Wolff they tackle theatre, performance and visual art. They are always angling for substantial input from the spectator's own fantasy. Based on a concept by Daphné Verhelst, Wolff presents 'Breath', an installation about life, death ... and bread, in the cellar at deSingel.
