Zonzo Compagnie is conquering the world with its intriguing productions on the work of fascinating musicians and composers. They have previously unwrapped and taken on the music of John Cage and Miles Davis, and now it's the turn of the mythical and highly individual Italian composer Luciano Berio. Four musicians guide us through the history of music, while meanwhile shifting some musical boundaries, taking a look at Berio's muse, his incredibly talented wife Cathy Berberian, and leaving us with the pleasing conclusion that the music world is a powder keg of creative possibilities. You will see and hear the Revue Blanche ensemble, which not so long ago won the Klara Prize for the most promising young musicians of the year. They are of exceptionally high standard and, in the Italian director and video artist Letizia Renzini, have found the perfect partner with whom to transform Luciano Berio's world into a marvellous multimedia production.
