Fabrice Mazliah

Fabrice Mazliah was born in Geneva in 1972. He studied dance at the Ecole de Danse de Genève, the National Dance School in Athens and at Atelier Rudra Béjart in Lausanne. He was a member of the Harris Mandafounis Dance Company in Athens and the Dutch Dance Theatre. In 1997 he joined the Ballett Frankfurt under William Forsythe. In 2005 this company became known as The Forsythe Company, of which he is still a permanent member.

Ioannis Mandafounis, Fabrice Mazliah and May Zarhy met as members of The Forsythe Company. In 2009 they decided to work together and establish a collective way of working together. Their projects are gathered together under the collective name of 'mamaza'.
