Daniel Linehan Not About Everything (2007) 20:00 / Theatre Studio / 35 min. dance solo with English spoken
This powerful work, which was performed at the 2010 BOUGE B, sparked off a real love affair between Daniel Linehan and deSingel. Since then, when he was an unknown talent, deSingel has presented every one of his creations. In this solo work, Linehan comes on stage and starts spinning on his own axis. It starts slowly, but gradually evolves into an obsessive and wild dance. It is a real tour de force in which this fragile dancer explores the limits of his body and mind by dancing, thinking and talking to the audience all at the same time.

Lisbeth Gruwez & Maarten Van Cauwenberghe Lisbeth Gruwez dances Bob Dylan (2015) 21.30 / Theatre Studio / 50 min. Lisbeth Gruwez was on the bill at the 2009 BOUGE B, where she presented 'Birth of Prey', the second piece she created with her Voetvolk production company, which was new at the time. Accompanied by two live musicians, she bent her body into all kinds of unprecedented positions. She is now returning with a new gem, together with Maarten Van Cauwenberghe, who was also on stage with her back then. He plays records of songs by Bob Dylan and she dances. In this way they speak to each other without saying anything, united by Dylan's music. Together they take you to the place where the evening dissolves into the night.
